Primary Caregiver for Young Family

This role involves caring for three young boys, aged 8 months, 2.5 years, and 4 years old.
The family is seeking a nanny/home manager who can provide high-quality care and support to the children, while also assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a tidy home.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, active, organised, and supportive of the parents' values, which include no screens and a positive and loving approach to childcare.
The family values time outdoors, books, and learning through play, and they are keen to secure a nanny who can be available four days per week.
The nanny will have flexibility in their schedule, with the possibility of working three days instead of four.
- Caring for three young boys, including feeding, bathing, and putting them to bed.
- Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children.
- Helping with household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.
- Supporting the parents with childcare and household responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Valid Working With Children Check.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Permanent Australian Residency.
- Drivers Licence.
- At least two years of experience working with children of similar ages.
- Fully vaccinated.
- Two outstanding references that the agency can contact.
The family offers a competitive pay rate, paid leave, and superannuation benefits. The nanny will work a guaranteed 35 hours per week, with flexibility in their schedule.
