As an Engineering Manager, you will lead delivery teams to create impactful solutions for our customers, providing mentorship and support to align technology, delivery, and product outcomes with our customer-focused strategy.
Collaborating with leaders, you will drive the engineering strategy, shaping product and technology roadmaps that enable the continued evolution of our software. By establishing sustainable systems of work, you will empower teams to thrive as they build and operate software with integrity and excellence.
Using your technical expertise, you will inspire innovation, incremental delivery, and continuous improvement. You will ensure security and compliance remain at the forefront of our operations.
The Skills You'll Need:
- Proven experience with sophisticated system architectures.
- Expertise in implementing continuous delivery, agile, and lean practices.
- A track record of improving the Product Development lifecycle to align with business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, React Native, GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design principles.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
