**Position:** Support Worker

**Location:** Victoria

**Type:** Permanent Part Time

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Providing emotional support to our elderly clients.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Travelling with client in your car and the confidence to work independently.
- Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.

**Requirements:**

- Availability between Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.
- A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.

**Application Requirements:**

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Availability between Monday-Friday 7am - 6pm

**Education & Experience:**

- Certificate I - IV (required)
- Home care experience preferred

**Licensure & Certification:**

- Driver Licence and reliable car required

**Work Authorisation:** Australia required

**Willingness to Travel:** 25% preferred
