About the Role
  • Lead the production team to achieve Banjo's high standards of product quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and rostering to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and maintain effective WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement strategies for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators.

  • You have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You possess a strong background in baking, preferably with experience in managing production teams.
  • You are highly organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • You are available to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
