Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process from inception to resolution.
- Maintain precise records of all accounts receivable transactions and invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and collaborate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable status to management.
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Manage claims and returns processes.
- Collaborate with other team members within the Sales, Customer Service & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
