  • Provide exceptional service and quality to clients and guests by continually achieving and exceeding their expectations.
  • Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, making beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain security, confidentiality, and privacy of hotel guests by operating with integrity and diligence.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and report any hazards, faults, or damages to management.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
