We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Liaison Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with medical specialists and general practitioners to promote our hospital services and drive referral growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to support growth in key specialties, collaborating with our team to identify opportunities and leverage relationships with medical specialists and GPs.
- Promote our hospital services and build referrals through targeted communications, GP practice visits, and a comprehensive CPD program.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing GP practices in our catchment, ensuring accurate and detailed records of our interactions.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to advance business goals, identifying and leveraging opportunities to accelerate results and meet stakeholder needs.
- Provide monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our activities and demonstrate ROI through increased referrals.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business development or similar role in healthcare, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of medical specialists and the relationship with referrers, including GPs, other specialists, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, leveraging data to monitor the market, build a pipeline of opportunities, and create growth strategies.
- Experience with cold calling and influencing referrer groups, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results.
