As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in making members feel welcome from the moment they join our club, to motivating, inspiring, and guiding them through their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design personalised health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
- Build & manage a client base with warm leads provided.
- Be actively involved in Transform8 - As part of our 8-week challenge, PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid / CPR certification, ABN & Insurance. (If you don't have these certificates or insurance, keep going and find a solution)
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
- High energy, charisma & communication skills to engage and motivate members.
