We are seeking an experienced audio professional to join our team.


You will own the technical execution of our shows, from recording and editing to quality control and publishing, ensuring every episode meets the highest production standards.


As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with hosts, podcast guests, and fellow editors to ensure our podcasts are best-in-class.


You will be in regular contact with our highly-engaged community and will be responsible for surfacing their questions and ideas across our content.

The successful candidate will have experience producing podcasts or audio content from concept to delivery, strong storytelling instincts, and an eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and produce high-quality audio content for our podcasts.
  • Coordinate with hosts, guests, and internal teams to align on episode logistics and timelines.
  • Monitor listener feedback to improve future episode experience.
  • Stay across podcast trends and recommend ways to improve production and engagement.

Requirements
  • Experience producing podcasts or audio content from concept to delivery.
  • Skilled in audio editing tools (e.g. Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar).
  • Strong storytelling instincts and an eye (and ear) for detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about media, finance, and making complex topics accessible and engaging.
