Physiotherapist - Aged Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading healthcare provider and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support residents' health and wellbeing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce falls risk, and enhance overall quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that meets the unique needs of each resident
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to improve resident outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
- Australian working rights and ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
