Post Placement Support Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at MARS Recruitment as a Post Placement Support Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting participants in their employment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor work placements for participants to ensure a smooth transition into employment.
- Negotiate claims upgrades to maximize benefits for participants.
- Take proactive action to resolve any issues that may impact placement continuity.
- Sustain ongoing employment by successfully re-placing participants.
- Liaise with current and potential employers to build strong relationships and secure job placements.
- Work closely with the central claims team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about contracts and operations at all times.
- Document and record all communications and contact with participants and employers.
- Maintain the privacy and security of all records.
- Collaborate with site staff to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing claims in the insurance industry or Post Placement Support.
- Understanding of the employment services industry and its complexities.
- Experience in high-volume environments, such as WFA, Jobactive, or DES.
