Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our Ipswich clinic, offering a unique opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan and various clinical presentations. This role involves shaping your own schedule and balancing clinic and community hours, making it an attractive option for those seeking flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Work: As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with speech and language disorders. Your caseload will have a predominance of paediatric cases but will also include referrals spanning the entire lifespan.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: For senior Speech Pathologists, this role includes broader responsibilities such as mentoring junior staff, leading staff training and development, and contributing to service improvement initiatives and practice growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree in Speech Pathology and registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) are essential requirements for this role.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: We value professionals who can work effectively in a team environment, promoting inter-disciplinary collaboration and supporting peers.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$85,000 - AU$110,000, depending on experience.
