This position involves discreetly observing for behaviours and characteristics of shoplifters, approaching situations with a customer-first mindset, and maintaining a professional demeanor when dealing with the public, staff, and law enforcement agencies.

  • Responsibilities include identifying theft, mischief, and fraud, conducting security audits of the building and assets, and performing arrests, ask to pays, and product recoveries.
  • We're looking for someone with strong communication skills who can type clear and concise reports as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid BC Security Worker's Licence with Security Guard endorsement.
  • Solid decision-making skills with the ability to make quick decisions under difficult circumstances.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to go above and beyond.
