About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the full HR life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on remuneration and compensation structures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve complex issues through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Drive talent management and development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on key trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of remuneration practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and advisory skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
