The Role

This position will play a key role in executing HOYTS' omnichannel marketing campaigns and activities, creating copy and content to execute tactical offers and promotions, screening programs and partnership campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager and Executive to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive admissions, market share growth, and revenue.
  • Work closely with agencies, distributors, and suppliers on campaign development and execution to maximise spend and customer engagement and admissions.
  • Brief art studio on creative assets development and provide approval as required.
  • Support the execution of sponsorship and partnership campaigns.
  • Use analytics to measure, evaluate, and report against campaign goals.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree and previous experience with marketing are essential.
  • Organised individuals with high attention to detail and a passion for cinema are ideal candidates.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines is crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are required.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working collaboratively with partners is desirable.
