Job Description

The role of a Library/Tourism/Events Officer involves providing support across key cultural and tourism facilities.

Responsibilities include assisting patrons with library services, promoting local attractions, managing visitor information, handling retail and cash transactions, and maintaining museum and library spaces.

  • Assist patrons with library services such as research assistance, book lending, and programming events.
  • Promote local attractions through social media, marketing campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Manage visitor information by responding to inquiries, providing directions, and offering recommendations for local experiences.
  • Handle retail and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain museum and library spaces by cleaning, organizing, and preparing exhibits and displays.
