About This Role:

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team who has experience with gardening or is eager to develop their skills in this field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively with volunteers of varying skill levels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and guide volunteers in gardening activities
• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff, clients, and volunteers
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of gardens and outdoor spaces
• Develop and implement new gardening projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in gardening or a strong desire to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate
• COVID-19 Vaccination
