Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Associate to join our Projects, Infrastructure and Construction (PIC) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and resources law, as well as experience in major infrastructure projects. The role will involve working on complex high-profile construction matters, including PPPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on renewable energy and resources projects, including structuring and drafting documents
  • Work on major infrastructure projects, including PPPs
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative solutions and ensure the best outcome for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the team's expertise and knowledge in renewable energy and resources law
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years PQE
  • Experience in renewable energy and resources law, as well as major infrastructure projects
  • Strong drafting ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Resilience and a commitment to excellence
