Administrative Director

Our organization is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our heart and vascular business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all human resources functions, including staffing, hiring, terminations, recognition, retention, discipline, coaching staff, and providing regular performance reviews.
- Manage all financial responsibilities, including creating and managing budgets, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience, focusing on access and quality of care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives, CQI, EMR, and PMS implementation.
Requirements:
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, and/or 7 years of work experience in practice management (Required).
- Registered Nurse or Clinical experience preferred.
- Master's Degree a plus (Preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of previous leadership experience managing a medical practice or other healthcare facility (Required).
