We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to spearhead our Databricks initiative. This senior-level role requires an exceptional leader with over 15 years of architecture experience, who can drive complex projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable architecture solutions using Databricks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and design specifications.
  • Participate in strategic planning and program management activities.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Expertise in Databricks and its ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and data engineering principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large scale data solutions.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of strategic program management methodologies.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
