We are currently seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

As an Exercise Physiologist with WorkFocus, you will be part of a dynamic team that champions the health benefits of good work, supporting and empowering individuals through the recovery process.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to undertake assessments relevant to your discipline and develop effective rehabilitation plans. You will also design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.

You will identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation. Additionally, you will liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require an Australian-recognised degree qualification in Exercise Physiology and ESSA accreditation. A willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives is essential, as well as the ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.

A commitment to high-level customer service and a genuine passion for helping others are must-haves for this position. If you are willing to work in the community (with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle) and have a current or able-to-obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
