Highly Skilled AI Software Developer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in building the foundation that powers all of our AI products.
As a key member of our AI Data Engine team, you will work alongside talented AI researchers to build robust, scalable systems that power our data operations.
The Data Engine team produces large-scale, high-quality labeled datasets that fuel our machine learning models. You will design and maintain sophisticated labelling and data systems using Python, SQL, Kubernetes, Argo, and GitLab.
You will partner with data scientists and ML engineers to create seamless workflows across diverse ML applications. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding architectural decisions and ensuring our systems align with best practices and organisational goals.
Mentorship is also a key aspect of this role, where you will guide engineers at all levels while championing collaboration and operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will have 5+ years of experience building scalable, production-grade systems in ML/MLOps environments. Strong Python skills, deep experience with distributed systems on Linux, and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines are essential.
