Job Title: HR Advisor

Join PeopleCorp as an HR Advisor and be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth and success.

About the Role

This is a 6-month contract role based in Western Sydney, reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing employee relations queries, providing expert advice to managers, and conducting investigations as needed. You will also build strong stakeholder relationships to effectively coach and guide leaders through HR cycles, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations queries and provide expert advice to managers

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to effectively coach and guide leaders through HR cycles
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Previous experience managing an ER case load
  • Extensive knowledge of employment relations frameworks and employment legislation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment
