Your RoleAs an Industrial Relations Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on EA negotiations, develop IR strategies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable legislation.
- Offer expert advice on Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and union engagement
- Support EA negotiation and implementation across various projects and jurisdictions
- Develop and implement IR strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines
- Provide counsel and support on performance management, misconduct investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Work Health & Safety laws, and case law developments
This position requires:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in IR/ER advisory roles, preferably within construction, resources, or infrastructure
- Proven experience managing IR/ER in large-scale projects and complex industrial environments
- Deep understanding of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and Fair Work Commission processes
