About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the ongoing success of our educational institution. As General Manager, you will lead the successful operation, governance and growth of the college.

The role involves driving the ongoing success of the college through partnerships, marketing, increasing student numbers and promoting us as a progressive educational institution while being at the forefront of new farming technologies and opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the operations of the college including the DATA Farm, broadacre farm and livestock business, accommodation and conference facilities.
  • Developing a curriculum that integrates practical agricultural training with accredited courses and delivery.
  • Cultivating a high performing team and culture.
  • Providing leadership and direction in the operations of the college to ensure its growth and point of difference in offerings.

Key requirements include:

  • A high level understanding of agriculture and education and training.
  • A strong business acumen and commercially astute.
  • Collaborative and ability to work alongside the Leadership Team and broader teams.
