Clinical Services Manager

Medrecruit is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to cover a locum position at a level 3 rural hospital in Northern New South Wales.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a healthcare professional with expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, and service management.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing clinical services, including developing policies and procedures, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to the hospital's medical staff
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A postgraduate degree in medicine or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, or service management
- Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
