About the Role

The Principal Consultant of Project & Program Management is responsible for developing a thorough understanding of client requirements and applying industry best practices to design and implement solutions. This role partners with the Capability Consulting and Consulting Experience teams to undertake and maintain strategic business plans for their capability/area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Consulting Sales and Capability Consulting teams to identify, support, and lead sales opportunities in the Project & Program Management space.
  • Maintain and manage account plans for associated clients and provide insight for sales enablement.
  • Promote capability/area of expertise into clients and create sales leads by establishing and maintaining industry and client presence.
  • Provide pre-sales support as part of bids, tenders, and sales discussions, including assisting with proposal development, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Undertake strategic planning and develop associated business plans for the Project & Program Management capability in line with client requirements and NRI's growth targets.

Essential Attributes

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting, with a track record of successful engagement delivery and leadership.
  • Ability to generate new business through targeted business development strategies.
  • Superior client management and pre-sales skills.
  • Extensive experience working across the Project & Program Management space.
  • An excellent understanding of client needs and NRI delivery requirements.
  • Strong networks within the Brisbane market.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills.
