Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business development and expansion of new business opportunities within the Client Services Department
  • Facilitate the delivery of skills-based recreational and social activities with clients

  • Contribute to the review and analysis of incidents, complaints, and trends to inform improvements in support structure or delivery service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proof of legal entitlement to work in Australia
  • Valid certifications including First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Administration, and NDIS Quality, Safety, and You Certificate
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Safe Environments for Children and Young People if working with children under 18 years of age
  • Compliance with employment screenings and clearances
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
