Mobile Service Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Mobile Service Technician for our Springwood Service Centre. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance within our organisation and be part of a dynamic team.

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of hydraulic and industrial hose fittings issues, and maintaining a high level of workmanship. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing product and job training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support and maintenance services to clients
  • Conduct routine inspections and assessments of equipment and systems
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • A trade background with experience in Hydraulics is highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Good numeracy, verbal, and written skills
  • Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Team player with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing situations
  • Understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
  • Current Manual Driver's Licence (LR Licence preferred)
