**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Theatre team at a prestigious public hospital in North NSW.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care on the ward.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Prioritize patient and staff safety while upholding the highest care standards.
• Guide and supervise nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses (ENs), to deliver top-quality patient care.
• Empower patients with education and support for their health recovery and overall well-being.

**Essential Criteria:**

• Hold a valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Bring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to the role, with a strong foundation in Theatre nursing.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to delivering quality patient care in line with industry standards.
• Exhibit sound clinical decision-making skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Showcase excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Possess proficiency in basic computer operations.
