About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Pure Consultancy as an Associate Director - Business Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth
  • Coach and mentor staff to ensure high-quality client service and delivery
  • Oversee the quality of client work and develop systems and processes to improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Monitor and ensure statutory compliance deadlines for clients are met
  • Provide input into ongoing strategic and commercial decisions
  • Win new clients and grow your client base through effective business development and relationship-building

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in tax compliance and/or business services
  • CA/CPA preferred
  • Experience managing a team and managing offshore teams
  • Able to juggle competing priorities well and enjoy direct client contact
