Rail Design Manager Role

As a key member of our Rail and Systems team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of rail design services and/or have the opportunity to work in diverse rail planning or design delivery teams on iconic projects.

You will interact significantly with project managers, other technical discipline leads and design managers working for alliance partners.

With an in-depth understanding of the railway industry, design integration as well as an appreciation of typical processes and requirements on complex major rail projects, you will deliver large and complex rail design projects with an excellent track record.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing/overseeing large scale and complex projects with significant experience.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, established business networks and a strong personal brand in the market.
