About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Performance Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering timely and accurate performance reporting, working closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure precise and relevant insights for our CFO and EXCO.
This position involves supporting the production of monthly and annual management reports, as well as assisting with forecast and annual budget compilation. You will collaborate with Finance and other departments to prepare half and full-year MD&A reporting, and also be responsible for preparing ad hoc analysis and reports for management and presenting findings to leadership teams.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with relevant experience in performance management or financial planning & analysis ideally within the Banking and Finance industry.
A key aspect of this role is your ability to work directly with stakeholders and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, should be excellent, and you should possess a sound understanding of the Banking and Finance industry.
You will be a self-motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset, driving process excellence by improving end-to-end processes, standardisation, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will be a commercial-minded professional with a passion for finance, looking to step into or advance further in the world of performance management.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum + superannuation and bonuses based on performance.
