We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Retirement Living Assistant. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and be part of a close-knit community.

About the Role:

This position involves providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, as well as responding to emergencies and performing first aid when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical emergencies and alarm activations.
  • Perform basic first aid and provide assistance to residents as needed.
  • Investigate and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or service delivery context.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in responding to Workplace Health and Safety emergency procedures.
  • Current first aid certification and CPR skills.
