Country Road Sales Consultant - Full Time Opportunity

Country Road Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Myer Chadstone in VIC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless point of sale transaction
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality service and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the store team to deliver results and contribute to a positive team experience
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for team members and customers
  • Understand and demonstrate the Country Road Group values and strategy in daily work
  • Utilize tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention
