As a Registered Midwife at Cabrini, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support throughout the childbirth process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert midwifery care to patients, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for patients and families.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Midwife.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in midwifery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
