We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team in providing exceptional food and dining experiences for our residents and guests in our remote village.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality food products while ensuring safety and health standards are met.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, building and inspiring a motivated team, creating a positive guest experience, operating an efficient and profitable kitchen, and managing corporate reporting.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and business acumen including budgeting and inventory skills.

Requirements- Inter-provincial Red Seal Cook designation
- Class 5 Operator's License with a 5-year driving record satisfactory to Civeo's safe Vehicle Use policy
- Standard First Aid certification
- Food Safety certification valid in Alberta for the duration of employment
- Experience in managing a unionized workforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
