Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to join our team as Duty Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a volunteer team and delivering an exceptional customer experience in one of our vibrant shops.

The role involves:

  • Leading a team of volunteers to deliver a memorable experience with customers
  • Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets
  • Training and supporting a dedicated team of volunteers
