About the Role

We are seeking a Cleaning and Support Assistant to join our team at Bupa Dural. As a Cleaning and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our care home. You will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and living spaces, as well as completing required documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and living spaces
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Provide ad hoc support to the broader team, including laundry and catering

Requirements

  • Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
  • Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
