About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Services Solutions Architect to join our team in a 12-month contract, with options to extend. The role is based in various locations across Australia and offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver high-quality domain architecture strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that meet business objectives and requirements.
  • To engage with stakeholders, including business representatives, development teams, and enterprise architects, to ensure solution alignment across domains.
  • To provide technical guidance on deployment, environment configuration, service requirements, and virtual execution environments across AWS and Azure hosted environments.
  • To lead and produce the delivery of coherent technical solutions across the domain.
  • To represent the domain in Architecture Governance Councils and Forums.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of architecture experience, with broad business and technical knowledge in public/private cloud services.
  • Azure and/or AWS Architecture certifications.
  • Experience working with digital transformation teams, accessibility, and service/UX design.
  • Public/private cloud deployment and security expertise.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A Bachelor or higher in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • TOGAF/Zachman certification or equivalent IT architectural qualification.
  • SAFe Agile preferred, UML.
  • Industry experience across health, insurance, finance, claims systems, government, or other related industries with large customer bases.
