Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House staff member to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Supervise busy shifts with efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Assist with stock management and completion of stocktakes, promoting accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and approachable demeanor, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry or food and beverage is highly valued. A current RSA certification is also required.
