Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using a range of cooking methods and ingredients.
• Menu Planning: Assist in planning and implementing new menu items and specials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are stored correctly and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working to the highest standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all kitchen equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained.
