Job Opportunity:

A junior legal assistant is needed to provide administrative support in a professional law office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and assist in preparing documents and correspondence
  • Organise meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and manage reception duties
  • Handle general office tasks and administrative support responsibilities
  • Respond to general enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person
  • Coordinate incoming mail together with file management activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a law office in an administrative capacity
  • Ability to work 5 days per week in the office (9am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive and proactive attitude
