About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing employees who deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment based on company standards.
  • Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
Site Relationships
  • Built positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Training and Development
  • Prepare performance appraisals for all employees, providing feedback based on performance.
  • Train employees on customer service, site image, and marketing execution to meet company standards.
  • Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Communication
  • Establish regular communication meetings with employees and the Market Manager.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to address site needs and achieve desired objectives.
  • Manage and supervise store employees to complete reports accurately and timely.
Financial
  • Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
  • Budget and forecast P&L lines, as well as understand merchandise margins.

Working conditions include approximately all work indoors but may require occasional outdoor work. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
