Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Centre Director to lead our centre in Bendigo, AU as we continue to grow and innovate.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to all staff.
  • Ensure that high-quality early learning programs are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.
  • Effectively manage staffing rosters and ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage financial resources within budget guidelines.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices are consistently maintained.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, local businesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Attract, convert, and retain families through effective management of tours, enrolments, and orientation in conjunction with our Enrolments Team.

About You:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA is required.
  • Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting is essential.
  • Current WWCC, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications are necessary.
  • Extensive understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) is expected.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals is required.
  • Willingness to undertake and coordinate ongoing professional development training for Educators is necessary.
