As an Early Childhood Teacher with G8 Education, you will be part of our intensive and supportive First Steps induction program, designed to help you settle into your role and achieve success.

  • Our 3-month program includes continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally.
  • You will have an ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role.
  • Join our Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.

Requirements

To succeed as an Early Childhood Teacher with G8 Education, you must:

  • Hold an ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply
