UI/UX Designer - Educational Technology

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience for students.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing UI improvements, driving UX excellence, creating and managing digital assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions.

You will work closely with Learning Designers, Education Technologists, and Academic Product Managers to develop innovative solutions that put students at the heart of the learning experience.

  • Design and Implement UI Improvements: Enhance the learning management system interface, focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement across various devices.
  • Drive UX Excellence: Conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes to guide the design process and improve student learning outcomes.
  • Create and Manage Digital Assets: Design components, icons, and templates that align with University branding and ensure consistency across courses.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions and propose innovative ideas to enhance the online learning experience.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and creative problem-solving abilities. You will also have the ability to create designs that work across various devices and screen sizes, proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and responsive web design techniques, and experience working with learning management systems or in educational technology settings.
