The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients, focusing on key areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Software Engineering, Security, and Human Capital Management (HCM). To achieve this, they will develop quality leads through innovative approaches on social media, events, and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment experience in Sydney or wider Australian market, preferably within the tech sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience or equivalent degree education with at least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment.
  • Ambitious, articulate, and able to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Excellent commission structure, flexible working arrangements including a 4-day workweek, positive company culture, incentives, and rewards.

We are offering a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to drive your career growth and success in this role.
