We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse to provide clinical leadership and oversight in our Residential Care setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, resident-centred care, collaborating with residents, families, and allied health professionals to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Lead the creation, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met to the highest standards.
- Manage incidents, risks, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
- Mentor, train, and support your team, helping them grow in skill and confidence.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Extensive aged care clinical experience, preferably in residential care.
- Proven leadership skills in a care team setting, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Current National Police Clearance, obtained within the last 6 months.
- COVID and Flu vaccinations, highly recommended for employee safety.
