About the Role:
  • Drive sales across all brands and concession pads with focus on Sportscraft, SABA, and JAG Womenswear & Menswear.
  • Leverage your leadership skills to motivate the team, achieve individual and collective sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to meet KPIs and targets.
  2. Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Visual Merchandising: Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards.
  4. Stock Management: Monitor top sellers, manage stock levels, and maintain an optimal inventory balance.
  5. Communication: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with store management teams.
About You:
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-end or premium environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
